1. Youth4Climate Call for Solutions 2026 — Up to $30,000 Deadline: April 30, 2026 | Ages 18–29 | Global

If you have a climate idea and need fuel to launch it, this is the one. UNDP and the Government of Italy are offering up to $30,000 in seed funding for young innovators working across sustainable energy, food and agriculture, sustainable fashion, oceans, and climate-resilient architecture. 2. UNEP Young Champions of the Earth — $10,000 + UN Platform Deadline: Rolling | Ages 18–30 | Global

One of the most prestigious youth environmental awards in the world, UNEP's Young Champions programme gives outstanding eco-leaders $10,000 in seed funding, mentorship, and the chance to pitch their work at the United Nations in New York. 3. UNDP Climate Catalysts Programme — Asia-Pacific April–May 2026 | Ages 18–35 | Asia-Pacific

A six-week online fellowship co-run by UNDP and Microsoft, specifically for early-stage youth-led startups working on clean air, food security, renewable energy, or circular economy solutions across Asia and the Pacific. 4. UNESCO Culture Sector Internship 2026 Deadline: June 30, 2026 | Graduates | Global placements

Work on World Heritage conservation, intangible cultural heritage, or global cultural policy — from UNESCO's headquarters in Paris, or at field offices around the world. This is one of the few internships that genuinely bridges art, culture, and global governance. Apply at unesco.org.

5. Captain Planet Foundation — Summer Internship 2026 June 15 – August 7, 2026 | Undergrad/Grad students | Atlanta, USA (hybrid)

One of the most beloved names in environmental education is hiring. Interns work across youth development, environmental programming, event coordination, and communications — supporting the Planeteer Alliance, a global network of young climate activists aged 10–25. 6. WeWork Green & Decent Jobs for Youth — Uganda 2026 | Young entrepreneurs | Uganda

Funded by the EU and Belgium, this initiative supports young Ugandan entrepreneurs building green or eco-friendly businesses. 7. SCI Youth Grant Pitch Contest — Arts & Culture Track April 11, 2026 | Boston, USA

Fourteen teams are competing across Arts & Culture, Mental Health, and Bridge-Building tracks at Roxbury Community College. Projects range from eco-art youth programs to green jobs initiatives. 9. SDSN Youth x Ford Foundation Global Consultation Ongoing | Ages 18–30 | 85 countries

This isn't a grant, it's a platform. SDSN Youth, backed by the Ford Foundation, is running regional dialogues across 85 countries to bring youth voices into global sustainability policy.
